Why 1-1

I’m loving the opportunity of working 1-1, creating bespoke flows and combined with running, walking and diversifying movement for individuals is at the heart of what I love offering. When do you know you’re ready for 1-1? There is no ‘ready’ or right time. If you’re curious about your yoga practice and what it can bring you both on and off the mat, why not start before you feel ‘ready’?

To work on foundations you’ve wanted to go deeper into, build strength and endurance by combining yoga with running, or perhaps get guidance towards a wellbeing or fitness goal, we start from how you want to feel. Identifying this as the main motivation helps us to structure your sessions with intention towards your destination.
