Know me…

I’m Naomi. I love swimming, running and yoga SO much. Why these three?

I swim for headspace, quiet and presence.

I run for challenge, adventure and connection.

I do yoga for balance, recovery, and self discovery.

I combine the love of these styles of movement to share with teams and individuals.

A variety of movement takes planning, understanding of the demands of different disciplines, and above all a consideration of the impact on overall wellbeing. For me, it’s now not all about the physical changes, gains or goals, but grounded in the idea that the link between mind and body, that internal dialogue we often forget is key to building a stronger connection to ourselves and our needs.

I’m fascinated by what makes us unique.

Whether working 1-1 or in group class settings, I use my interest in people, their different approaches to both challenge and stillness, a huge driver for wanting to help people bring new movement habits into their life. Inspired by the science of Ayurverda, and how each of us has our own unique energy pattern or dosha, I use this growing knowledge to bring to my teaching.

It all comes back to the mat

Having discovered yoga over 10 years ago, my own practice and interest has developed so much in that time, and the exciting thing is that I know it will continue to develop as time goes on.

I’m so confident you’ll love it too.
