What Summer brings

Summer always feels special to me, it’s my birthday season (hello Leos), and the long days and dress code is my happy place. I feel a huge sense of expansion over the summer, solar-powered and energised to create, run further, and deepen my yoga practice. So moving into this half of the year, I wanted to check in with what I hope to get out of this sunny season.

I feel really aligned to these goals, keeping training simple yet challenging, and crucially, varied. It’s where my love for all three styles of movement combine to get me to my 33rd birthday feeling my healthiest and happiest. Being driven by feeling over an aesthetic. Finding softness in building strength and embracing the duality.

I find setting goals and mapping out how I get there even easier with my Digital planner from The Productivity Method, and take a lot of pleasure in squeezing the most out of each day, week and month by being a total planning nerd.
