Just for you
Ever get a glimmer (opposite of trigger) and feel like it’s just for you? It is. I truly believe that when you adopt an abundance mindset, a curious outlook and balanced nervous system (thanks Ayurveda) you can see signs all around that you belong, you matter, and the good things are really meant for YOU.
Flip it and it’s all about the scarcity, judgement, negativity biases that trip you up and reinforces that ‘something’ ‘someone’ wants you to fail, not succeed or thrive.
I know which line of thinking I’d rather choose. Because it is a choice, it’s actively showing up, removing limiting beliefs about what we deserve and combining manifesting with action.
Because the time will pass anyway, and you can suffer or CHOOSE to be drawn to the light. Like a sunflower finds the sun - is actively seeking it out - so too can we turn our focus, energy and attention to the LIFE giving consumables. Our nutrition, conversation, books and podcasts, our circle of friends and our romantic partner.
When you see something good and wonder ‘was that for me?’ It was. Keep looking for glimmers, radiating what you want to attract, and you’ll not only get through the weeks with purpose and clarity, but also a deep sense of gratitude for the life you’re building, and the adventures to come.
